this is exactly what tumblr looks like irl
I'm sorry if I say I need ya, but I don't care I'm not scared of
cause when I'm not with ya I'm weaker
is that so wrong, is it so wrong
that you make strong? ❤
I hope you all find someone who gives you cute names and tells you it’s adorable when you do embarrassing things and hugs you when it’s early in the morning and makes you feel like you have a whole disneyland fireworks show going off inside your body and never ever lets you go
Yeah…she was just riled of the BS…I don’t blame her
Witnesses say they asked Britney why she shaved her head and her response was, “I’m tired of plugging things into it. I’m tired of people touching me.”
i can never not reblog this
T-Pain: “That was the most beautiful thing in the world. Do you know why she was shaving her head? Because it was so important to other people. She is like, “Listen. Don’t touch my hair anymore. Stop touching my hair.” People were like, “We’ve got to make your hair before you go outside. You can’t leave.” She went … “Now I don’t have hair. What you going to do?”
The older I get the more her breakdown seems less ‘unbalanced’ and more ‘completely understandable’
Miley: “Dad I have something for Tanners bug collection”
my uncle: “that’s great”
Miley: “it’s a bird”
my uncle: “no its not”
They let it go and it flew away just fine, so we’re wondering how she caught it.
she caught another bird.
update: she caught a squirrel today
She is gonna rule the world one day with this power
So now, you can get even closer and listen to the guys tell their story to you in their own words.
On SoundCloud, we’re going to give you some exclusive audio clips from that very book, starting now with a bit of what Harry says!
his voice, his heart.. this boy got me whipped
i’ve said before that i think everything you truly care about always starts off on a personal level, it’s why a lot of men don’t understand feminism and sexism and it’s why a lot of white people don’t understand racism, it’s why a lot of straight and cis people don’t understand queerness, they’ve never been personally exposed to these situations before they could understand them on a educational and societal level.
when i started having sex with men at least, i expected it to hurt, i expected it to be unenjoyable, i expected to bleed, but i thought that made me a woman, i thought it was just apart of having a vagina in the way period cramps are, but i still went through with it because that was what was expected of me, that was what i was taught growing up, i never watched porn besides those shock videos with my friends (which is a problem within itself and proves that literally anything can be turned into porn, the grosser, the more inhumane, the better) but porn is so intertwined with our mainstream society that the clues that i got everyday were enough.
when a guy puts his hand around your throat for the first time while you’re having sex, he’s expecting you to like it and when you don’t he automatically thinks there’s something wrong with you, not him, and you also think there’s something weird about you bc you’ve been taught in various ways that you’re supposed to like it, you believe sex is about power inequality, that one person HAS to be physically in charge and the other has to be subordinate to that.
when a guy calls you a “slut” or a “bitch” while his penis is literally inside of you and you don’t respond to those words the way he expects you to, you don’t start moaning and orgasming as soon as those words are said, it makes him want to try harder, say even more offensive things bc that’s what makes women get off ?? right?? so you fake it and he thinks everything is cool, he thinks that’s what you like bc that’s what the porn stars like.
sexuality for profit has changed the way we all look at sex and sexuality even if you don’t watch porn, porn has shaped us, it has taken our sexuality away from us, it has given us a script on how to act, what we should like, what we should sound like, what we should look like and that doesn’t even begin to cover how racist and ableist the industry is people defend porn using the intersectional excuse that we have to care about all women including women who are sex workers and i agree 100% but if we were really being intersectional, we can’t forget the millions of women who are being trafficked and forced into sex work all across the world, we can’t forget the women who’ve been abused within the porn industry bc like ??? sasha grey is fine!! we can’t forget the women who have entered sex work not because it was an option open to them but in fact the only option leading them to do things they aren’t comfortable with because their bodies are the only thing they have, we need to listen to sex workers and their stories, we do have to stop talking over them but if you’re personally against porn, that’s fine, for whatever reason, if you’re sex repulsed or you don’t like to look at penises, it’s all okay, you don’t have to like those things and i wish that someone said these things to me when i was a 15 year old wondering if sex was really always going to be as horrible as it was back then.
i don’t hate porn stars, i don’t hate strippers, i don’t hate prostitutes, i don’t look at them as subhuman i’m not looking to “save” them but that doesn’t mean i’m not going to be critical of an industry that has made the exploitation of unwilling participants, profitable.
wtf is this thing?
it doesn’t even have joysticks..

looks like we got ourselves a youngster
*old man voice* in my day, you had to shake the controller yourself
